في المره الثالثه اظطريت لعمل الجلسه كتابياً لان المختص عنده عارض صحي !!

الجلسة كانت تحتاج لأخصائي نفسي
والدكتور الله يجزاه خير الغاها وبيرتب موعد لي مع أخصائي نفسي واستمر الموعد ١٣ دقيقه بدل ٤٥ د حتى لايضيع الوقت يرتب موعد اخر، باذن الله ان الدعم يتفهم الموقف

لو كنت احتاج للعلاج الدوائي برجع له لكني أحتاج للعلاج السلوكي أكثر
