I’m usually not someone who talks about their feelings, and I don’t like expressing my emotions because I always end up regretting opening up. I’ve had two sessions before with different specialists, but I only used about half of the session time and ended them early, while still feeling sorrow and regret afterward.
Nevertheless, that wasn’t the case with her. She made me feel so heard that, for the first time, I felt relieved and at ease after finishing the session.
For anyone who was hesitant like me, you should give it a shot.
