Consultant’s Version
Onboarding Policy
To join our elite network of specialists at Labayh, please ensure that the following requirements are met:
Social Worker / Therapist
1 – Master’s degree or higher (Sociology, Social Work).
2 – Valid classification from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).
3 – Professional rank not less than "Senior Social Specialist".
3 – Minimum of two years continuous clinical experience.
4 – Passing the technical exam prescribed by Labayh’s Medical Administration.
6 – Passing the personal interview.
Psychotherapist
1 – Bachelor’s degree or higher (Psychology) - Full-time attendance.
2 – Valid classification from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).
3 – Professional rank not less than "Psychologist".
4 – Minimum of two years continuous clinical experience.
5 – Passing the technical exam prescribed by Labayh’s Medical Administration.
6 – Passing the personal interview.
Psychiatrist & Family Medicine Physician
1 – Saudi Board or equivalent in Psychiatry or Family Medicine.
2 – Valid classification from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).
3 – Professional rank for Psychiatry: Senior Registrar or higher.
4 – Professional rank for Family Medicine: Consultant or higher.
5 – Passing the personal interview.
The specialist is entitled to adjust their fees only upon obtaining a higher academic degree or a higher professional classification, provided that the new fee remains within the designated range for each category as specified in the Cooperation Agreement.
Appointment Cancellation Policy
Regulating the appointment cancellation process within the application.
Politics
1 – The Specialist is not entitled to cancel the session unless the client fails to attend within 15 minutes of the scheduled time. In such cases, the Specialist may reschedule the session, refer it to another specialist, or suspend it pending an agreement with the client.
2 – If sessions are cancelled for any of the following reasons: ("Inability to provide consultation due to a family emergency" or "Inability to provide consultation due to a health issue") more than 5 times per month, a 15% deduction of the consultation fee will be applied to each subsequent cancelled appointment.
3 - In the event of a session cancellation due to the "Consultant’s No-Show," a 20% deduction of the consultation fee will be applied starting from the second occurrence within the same month.
4 - If a deduction is applied to the client for a "No-Show," the amount shall be distributed between the parties as follows: 60% to the Specialist and 40% to Labayh.
Electronic Medical Record (EMR) Policy
This policy has been established to ensure efficient data documentation within the records to enhance the quality of service provided.
