\n1 –<\/strong>  Saudi Board or equivalent in Psychiatry or Family Medicine.<\/span>\n<\/h6>\n\n
\n2 –<\/strong>  Valid classification from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).<\/span>\n<\/h6>\n\n
\n3 –<\/strong> Professional rank for Psychiatry: Senior Registrar or higher. <\/span>\n<\/h6>\n\n
\n4 –<\/strong> Professional rank for Family Medicine: Consultant or higher. <\/span>\n<\/h6>\n\n
\n5 –<\/strong> Passing the personal interview.

The specialist is entitled to adjust their fees only upon obtaining a higher academic degree or a higher professional classification, provided that the new fee remains within the designated range for each category as specified in the Cooperation Agreement.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n

\nAppointment Cancellation Policy <\/strong><\/strong><\/span>\n<\/h2>\n\n
\n

\nPolitics<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/span>\n<\/h2>\n\n
\n1 –<\/strong> The Specialist is not entitled to cancel the session unless the client fails to attend within 15 minutes of the scheduled time. In such cases, the Specialist may reschedule the session, refer it to another specialist, or suspend it pending an agreement with the client.<\/span>\n<\/h6>\n\n
\n2 –<\/strong> If sessions are cancelled for any of the following reasons: (\"Inability to provide consultation due to a family emergency\" or \"Inability to provide consultation due to a health issue\") more than 5 times per month, a 15% deduction of the consultation fee will be applied to each subsequent cancelled appointment.<\/span>\n<\/h6>\n\n
\n3 - In the event of a session cancellation due to the \"Consultant\u2019s No-Show,\" a 20% deduction of the consultation fee will be applied starting from the second occurrence within the same month.<\/span>\n<\/h6>\n\n
\n4 - If a deduction is applied to the client for a \"No-Show,\" the amount shall be distributed between the parties as follows: 60% to the Specialist and 40% to Labayh.<\/span>\n<\/h6>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n

<\/div>
\n

\nElectronic Medical Record (EMR) Policy<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/span>\n<\/h2>\n\n
\n

This policy has been established to ensure efficient data documentation within the records to enhance the quality of service provided.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n

\n

\nPolitics<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/span>\n<\/h2>\n\n
\n1 –<\/strong> Documentation Requirement: The specialist must fully complete the medical record. Leaving records blank or without proper documentation is strictly prohibited.<\/span>\n<\/h6>\n\n
\n2 \u2013 Financial Penalty: A 15% deduction will be applied to the specialist\u2019s share of the session fee if the medical record is not completed. <\/span>\n<\/h6>\n\n
\n3 \u2013 Editing Limitations: The specialist is not permitted to write in or modify the medical record once 72 hours have passed since the session.<\/span>\n<\/h6>\n\n
\n<\/span>\n<\/h6>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n
<\/div>
\n

\nEligibility conditions for marketing package services:<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/span>\n<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n
<\/div>
\n

\nPolitics<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/span>\n<\/h2>\n\n
\n1 –<\/strong> The maximum number of subscribers to the Bronze and Silver packages is 20, and the Gold package is 10<\/span>\n<\/h6>\n\n
\n2 –<\/strong> The specialist's commitment to submitting appointments on time should not be less than 80% <\/span>\n<\/h6>\n\n
\n3 –<\/strong> The consultant's contract must be exclusive.<\/span>\n<\/h6>\n\n
\n4 –<\/strong> Completing 3 months since the specialist joined<\/span>\n<\/h6>\n\n
\n5 –<\/strong> More than one package cannot be activated at the same time<\/span>\n<\/h6>\n\n
\n6 –<\/strong> 60 days have passed since the last activation before submitting a new package application<\/span>\n<\/h6>\n\n
\n7 –<\/strong> Providing at least 15 hours during the package activation period<\/span>\n<\/h6>\n\n
\n8 –<\/strong> Appointments must be made available before activating the package. If there are no available appointments, the clinic will be hidden and the percentage of appointments will continue to be deducted during the same period<\/span>\n<\/h6>\n\n
\n9 –<\/strong> The package cannot be canceled after activation<\/span>\n<\/h6>\n\n
\n10 –<\/strong> The appointment cancellation rate must not exceed 5% of the completed appointments per month.<\/span>\n<\/h6>\n\n
